 Nintendo of America has settled the dispute over domain names with N.T.Technology. 
Nintendo paid N.T.Technology an amount not to be disclosed and has dismissed their court case
over a domain name that was alleged to be similar to one of the toys they market.
We consider this a victory by not having to win the battle in Federal court.
Nintendo has become quite a menace to many smaller businesses by threatening legal action
to take over others companies property. We can only hope that other companies will fair as well as us
in the legal process.
